Wine spectator : Condrieu Les Caillets 2015 (94/100)

In 2014, for the first time, we bottled a white wine : Condrieu Les Caillets 2014.

The wine spectator says about vintage 2014 : (91/100) Plump and slightly honeyed in feel, with corpulent pear, apple and fig favors, backed by hints of anise and honeydew melon. Pure and elegant despite the creamy, tropical profile. Drink now.

In 2015, for the second vintage, the wine spectator writes 94/100! A fresh style, with makrut lime, verbena, chamomile and honeysuckle notes leading the way, followed by juicy peach, apricot and nectarine flavors. A light fennel thread underscores the finnish.
