Vineyard in a maze of walls

The first walls in Côte-Rôtie were constructed during the times of the Romans.

Today, we continue to restore and keep-up these stone walls and cultivate to restore on these steep terraces.

Like this, history is perpetuated.

Winemakers in the vineyard

Only 13 acres but our vineyard are uncredible!

We cultivate vines on steep terraces on the right bank of the rhone. We are proud to be vinegrowers!

Only 2000 cases but we make wine as best as possible. We are proud to be winemakers!

Wine spectator : Condrieu Les Caillets 2017 (93/100)

After 94/100 for the vintage 2015,  the Wine Spectator writes 93/100 for the 2017.

The Wine spectator, (93 points) : Alluring, with creamed apple, melon and peach flavors gliding through, gilded with light almond and warm brioche notes. The lush finish pulls everything together. James Molesworth

Duclaux's 2015 Cote Rotie La Germine (93/100) is another powerhouse Cote Rotie from this blockbuster vintage. Plum and cassis fruit is framed by hints of vanilla, while the velvety tannins are given focus and length on the finish by crisp acids. The overall effect is one of harmony and balance
